I know my password, but can’t sign in.

The most common fix is to force your browser to refresh the page. You may find instructions on how to do this here http://www.refreshyourcache.com/

In addition, please use a modern browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome or IE11. This page lists browsers you can use with PushCoin. You should also try another device, like a tablet, notebook, desktop PC or even a smartphone. Chances are that one of them will have a modern browser.

Don’t forget your login is your email address. Sometimes users mistype the email address or add a whitespace at the beginning or end of a password. Enter them slowly and check for typos.

I might have forgotten my password.

No problem, it happens to all of us! Go to pushcoin.com and click on I forgot my password. When asked, enter the email address that you signed up with PushCoin. We will email you a recovery link that will take you directly to your account where you will be able to reset your password.

I see “Too many attempts, try again later.”

You have made too many invalid login attempts and the system has temporarily blocked your access. This is for your protection in case somebody is trying to guess your account password. Please wait about 10 minutes and try again.  You can still click I forgot my password and have the account recovery link emailed to you, even when the login limit is reached.

Please be advised that we cannot reset or provide passwords over the email or phone. Your password is securely encrypted and the original “plain text” version is discarded upon arrival — nobody knows it but you!
