If you stopped receiving email notifications about your child’s purchases, login to your PushCoin account and choose Settings from the side menu:
On the following page, make sure you have selected Every Transaction.
If you verified your Settings are correct and you still don’t get the emails, look in the SPAM folder of your email account. You may have to whitelist the address email@example.com in your email account settings to ensure the emails are not blocked by your email provider.
If all measures fail, you may have to reach out to the Support Team at your email provider and ask why you don’t receive PushCoin emails anymore.
