In the past, when a credit card linked to a payment plan expired, the payment plan showed as ACTIVE. To comply with the PCI standards, all expired card cards are automatically wiped and their corresponding payment plans are rendered BROKEN.
We recommend periodically (at least once a month) scanning your payment plans for cards that are near the expiration. When you find any, please obtain new credit cards from the families. This will ensure that the payment plans are functioning without interruption.
