To help school business offices keep track of failed electronic deposits, going forward PushCoin will email on the 2nd of every month a report of failed Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs). The report is pulled from the payment processor and attached as a ZIP archive to the email.

As a reminder, PushCoin supports blocking specific users from submitting payments, either eChecks or Credit Cards. This is done by submitting a request to our Support Team with either the family name or student information whose online payments such as eChecks should be denied. The feature is used on rare occasions to limit fraudulent deposits from repeating offenders.
