In the past, the only way for families to enroll in automatic payments was to contact the school office. In January of 2023, the system will permit families to enroll in payment plans without having to contact the school. This is only available at schools that already offer partial fee payments.
The feature works as follows. When a parent clicks the Pay fees button under a student, just like before, the system presents the option to pay everything at once or pay the fee balance partially. If a parent chooses to pay the balance partially, the system offers to enroll in monthly payments. Parent can choose one of three days to make the automatic payments on: 1st, 10th or 20th.
