Starting May 1st, 2023 Wallet and Fees balance refund requests will show up on a new page in PushCoin, under Billing > Refund requests. The goal is to provide school administrators with a unified method of handling all refund requests and centrally tracking their status. This is specially useful when many administrators work on refunds – now you won’t be stepping on one another, or wonder which refund has already been issued and by whom.
Refund requests can be tagged with verbiage of your choice so you can manage different stages of a refund request. You can also attach private notes for you and fellow administrators to see.
When you are done with a refund, you can Archive the refund, so it won’t show up on your list of pending refunds. If ever needed, you will be able to access archived refunds, indefinitely.
