To submit a request for hardware repair or replacement please follow the following steps:
- Send a ticket request to ask@pushcoin.com with subject “broken hardware”. In the email, explain to the best of your abilities the problem and attempts to resolve it internally.
- Include the shipping address and the attention-to line.
- Our support team will review the case. If “approved” please ship the item to:

Allow 48 hours for processing. When a replacement arrives, re-use the box to ship back the broken unit within 15 days.
Cost of shipping, in either direction, is not covered by the warranty.
