To submit a request for hardware repair or replacement please follow the following steps:

  1. Send a ticket request to ask@pushcoin.com with subject “broken hardware”. In the email, explain to the best of your abilities the problem and attempts to resolve it internally.
  2. Include the shipping address and the attention-to line.
  3. Our support team will review the case. If “approved” please ship the item to:

Allow 48 hours for processing. When a replacement arrives, re-use the box to ship back the broken unit within 15 days.

Cost of shipping, in either direction, is not covered by the warranty.
