A new column called payment_plan was added to the Users export. The values of the payment_plan can be:
| NONE | User is not enrolled in a payment plan. |
| ACTIVE | User is enrolled in a payment plan and the last transaction was successful. |
| BROKEN | User is enrolled in a payment plan and the last transaction failed. |
| PENDING | User is enrolled in a payment plan with an activation date in the future. |
