During the Thanksgiving week of 2019 we began a series of software updates of the Fees Management System. We are excited to announce that updates have been applied and all school accounts have been converted to the new fees management system. Considering the complexity of this update, we request that you carefully review pending transactions under Billing > SIS pending fees and let us know if you spot inaccuracies. During your reviewing, you may notice that the new system has queued adjustments to previously assigned fees – in a handful of edge cases – that the old system might have missed. This is one of many desired outcomes of this upgrade, to make the fees management more robust.
If your account was previously configured for silent approval of fee charges or refunds, this option is now disabled. Once you feel comfortable that the new fees system is performing as intended, please let us know and we will restore the full automation (auto approval) for your account.
