[Fixed] Email slowness resolved

Over the past week our system pushed close to half a million emails. This created a backlog with our email providers such as Yahoo and Hotmail. To flush out, some emails took days to deliver. We apologize for the inconvenience as delayed emails can be confusing to parents.
