Over the past week our system pushed close to half a million emails. This created a backlog with our email providers such as Yahoo and Hotmail. To flush out, some emails took days to deliver. We apologize for the inconvenience as delayed emails can be confusing to parents.

[Enhancement] Fee adjustments won’t trigger refund emails.
To reduce school and parent confusion, our system will no longer send email notifications when a school fee is adjusted. Emails will continue to go out for refunds of webstore or cafeteria purchases.
